The rules for account-backed features on tinux.dev. The service is personal and free, with no paid plan or service-level guarantee.
Account and service
Account access uses Discord. Host uploads are invite-only. Keep control of your Discord account and do not try to bypass bans, quotas, access controls or security measures.
The service is provided as a free personal project. Features, limits and availability can change, and the service may be discontinued. Where practical, significant changes that affect stored user content will be announced before they take effect.
Your content
You must have the rights needed to upload or share your content. Do not use tinux.dev for content that is unlawful in Spain or the EU, infringes another person's rights, contains child sexual abuse material, or is intended to abuse or compromise the service.
You keep your rights in your content. You give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free permission only to the extent needed to store, copy, process and deliver that content through the feature you chose. That permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that must temporarily remain for a specific legal or safety reason.
Public Host and Cardstock links can be opened by anyone who has the URL. You are responsible for choosing what you make public.
Moderation and reports
Content or accounts can be restricted or removed for illegality, infringement of these terms, abuse or security reasons. Final moderation decisions are reviewed by a person. A signed-in child-safety report may trigger an immediate provisional block while a person reviews it.
Anyone can use the report form for a specific public user-content URL. When an affected account can be identified and the law permits, the operator will provide the main reason for a restriction. To challenge a decision, write to legal@tinux.dev. Review is free.
